What is the minimum order?
Minimums depend on the product. We keep minimums low so small crews can order. Tell us your crew size and we’ll suggest the right quantities.
How long does it take?
Design concepts within 48 hours. Sample, production and delivery times depend on the product and are confirmed in your quote.
Do I have to pay import duties?
Not for US orders. Our prices are delivered to your door with shipping and US import duties included, so there are no surprise bills. If US duty rates change before your order ships, we tell you before production and you can cancel at no cost.
Can my crew choose their own morale patches?
Yes. You approve a catalog of designs, and each person picks from it. You keep control of what goes on the uniform.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. We ship to Canada, the UK and Australia. For those orders, import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient, and we include an estimate in your quote.
